After a delicious breakfast, embark on your first full day of safari with a drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its vast herds of elephants and towering baobab trees, Tarangire offers a uniquely intimate wildlife experience. Spend the day together on game drives, spotting large prides of lions lounging in the shade, graceful giraffes browsing treetops, and colorful bird species flitting through the acacia trees. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature’s tranquility before heading to your lodge or tented camp, where the sounds of the African night lull you to sleep.

Today, you’ll venture deeper into Tanzania’s wild heart, traveling to the iconic Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, settle into your luxurious safari camp, perfectly positioned to immerse you in the endless savanna vistas. Spend your afternoon on a game drive, witnessing the timeless rhythms of predator and prey unfolding before your eyes. From stalking lions to graceful antelopes, every moment is a thrilling reminder of nature’s beauty. Return to camp in time for a gourmet dinner under the stars, with the crackling campfire adding to the romance of your honeymoon evening.

Wake up early to the golden light of dawn and set out for a full day of exploration in the Serengeti. Your morning game drive might reward you with sightings of elusive cheetahs sprinting across the plains or a leopard resting in a shady tree. Midday, retreat to your camp for a leisurely lunch and some downtime. Then, as the afternoon light softens, head back out for another safari adventure perhaps visiting the expansive Seronera Valley, famous for its rich predator populations. The day ends with a sundowner cocktails at a scenic viewpoint, where you can toast to your love while gazing over one of Africa’s most magnificent landscapes.

Make this day extra special with an optional early morning hot air balloon safari, floating silently over the Serengeti plains as the sun rises, painting the landscape with breathtaking colors. Drifting gently above the wildlife below, you might spot herds of wildebeest, zebras, and elephants moving across the plains. After landing, spend the rest of the day on game drives, following the tracks of lions or discovering hidden watering holes. Spend an unforgettable afternoon exploring this natural wonder before heading to your accommodation in Karatu. Encircled by towering volcanic walls, Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking sanctuary teeming with life. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features golden savannahs, shimmering lakes, lush swamps, and acacia woodlands. Formed over 2 million years ago after a massive volcanic eruption, it is the world’s largest unbroken caldera.Descending into the crater is an adventure, offering unparalleled views at every turn. On the crater floor, you’ll find herds of wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species, from flamingos to crowned cranes. It’s also one of the few places to spot the endangered black rhino grazing in the grasslands.This extraordinary journey immerses you in one of Africa’s most remarkable ecosystems.

This morning, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park – your final destination on this epic safari! Lake Manyara National Park is a small but diverse park 120km west of Arusha. Everything you will see here is on a different scale. It is both compact (one of the narrowest parks in Africa) and epic (the Great Rift Escarpment towers over Lake Manyara’s western boundary).The park’s namesake is a shallow salt lake. It covers a large area of the park, flooding and drying with the seasons, and is home to thousands of wading birds (including flamingos and over 500 other bird species). You may see baboons and elephants in the park’s thick evergreen forest and look out for the tree-climbing lions that have become famous throughout Africa.You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.
